COOK
Responsibilities The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients and facility staff according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.
Qualifications Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience as a cook.
A basic knowledge of modified diets, training in food service sanitation and possession of food service sanitation certificate are preferred.
Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils, and some prior kitchen supervisory experience helpful.
Recommended Skills Nutrition And Dietetics Restaurant Operation Cooking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
